1. 清單以外物品,須另加收費。
2. 搬運費不包括一切停車場費、隧道費及過路費, 產生之費用向客戶實報實銷收取費用。
3. 本公司不會對任何搬運上的延誤而導致的任何損失或損害承擔責任。
4. 顧客在貨物到達新址前,需預先繳清所有運費,包括一切停車場、隧道及道路費用。
5. 客人應自行包裝處理雜物入箱。若於搬運當天需本公司代為處理,本公司將有權另加包裝費用。
6. 本公司不提供任何水、電、煤氣及冷氣的安裝/拆除服務。
7. 報價衹供參考,惟所有價錢都會因應實際情況而作出調整。
8. 本公司嚴禁職員向顧客索取小費。
9. 本公司將按照正常搬運所需的標準時間,提供搬運服務;但這些標準不屬於承諾,亦不構成協議部份。
10. 搬運服務前後,客戶需自行點算搬運物品的數量。如有任何疑問應即時提出,員工離開後,客戶再提出之疑問,本公司將不會受理。
11. 傢俬裝拆服務均需本司員工作出風險評估後,決定能否進行裝拆動作。如不能繼續進行,本公司定當扣除已收取之該件傢俬裝拆及其運輸費用(其扣除之運輸費用只適用於未曾進行搬運的物件), 除此以外不作任何額外賠償。
12. 如須取消或修改預約,敬請提早3個工作天通知,否則本司將收取該單之30%手續費。
13. 雜物(不論紙箱,膠箱,紅白藍袋,行李箱)以25KG以內為標準。若該件雜物超出25KG.本司員工有權視乎搬運情況決定搬運與否。若員工最後決定繼續提供搬運服務, 則該件超重雜物的搬運費用將以每件25KG.分開計算 (例如35KG=2件雜物) 。
14. 所有家具若須吊運或鑽牆固定,必須事先通知本公司並由本司員工在報價單上列明服務詳情及收費, 顧客同意方可提供相關額外服務。
15. 本司會於搬運前一天聯絡客戶2次, 搬運當天聯絡客戶1次。若該3次電話致電均無法成功聯絡客戶. 本司職員有權順延客人之預約或重新安排另日服務, 對於貴客之損失本司無須負上任何法律責任及作出任何賠償。
16. 所有修改請於搬運前最少一個工作天通知本司。若無法提前通知本司,搬運當天無論搬運物件減少與否,搬運費用只加不減。 存倉
17. 存倉之貨物如遭天災或人為不可控制因素(如火災,風災,水災,地震,戰爭等)破壞,本公司恕不負責。
18. 存倉費用如客戶選擇存入本公司的銀行帳戶,請保留銀行收據 (入數紙 ), 以確保客戶利益。
19. 逾期繳租兩個月以上, 本司將得到該存倉物品之擁有權, 可將貴客貨物變賣以抵租金, 對於貴客之損失本司無須負上任何法律責任。
20. 遺失貨物每件計最高賠償300港元。
21. 本公司不接受存放任何觸犯本港法例之貨物。
22. 如在搬運期間,因本公司而引致的物品損壞,有關賠償條款下方所列 1. Item not included in the list would have accessory charges.
2. Exclusive of any tunnels, road and parking fee.
3. The company do not take any legal liability or loss that due to the delay of our moving service.
4. Please prepaid all fee before arrival (including Tunnels,Road and Parking fee).
5. Additional fee will be charged of any package service.
6. The company do not provide any hydropower project, gas engineering service and set up / off air-conditioner service.
7. This quotation only for reference use. Exact price will be based on the actual situation.
8. The company forbid any tips charging from our employees.
9. The arrival time on this quotation only for reference use that cannot meet to the part of the negotiation. The company do not take any legal liability.
10. During or after our moving service, customers have responsibility in counting the items by themselves. If got any queries please ask immediately. The company do not accept any query after our employees left.
11. After the risk assessment of all furniture assemble service. Any item that we decided not to assemble, the company will refund the moving and assemble fee to customers (moving fee refund only for non-move items). However, the company do not accept any futher compensation.
12. Any day change require or moving cancellation please inform us 3 working days before our negotiated moving date. Otherwise, 30% administrative charge of total amount will be incurred .
13. The maximum weight of each sundry in form of box, bag or trunk would be 25KG. Overweight sundry would be consider not to move or count to 2 sundries fee (e.g. 35KG = 2 sundries).
14. Any lifting or drill wall service must inform us in advance. The price of above service will be noted in the quotation, and after customer confirm, we process the moving service.
15. The company will contact the customer twice before the moving date and once at the moving date. If above contacts cannot get connection to customers, the company will decide not to provide or further delay the moving service. The company will not bear any legal liability incurred by the above decides.
16. Any detail revise please inform us at least 1 working day before moving date. Otherwise, neither increase nor reduce moving items, total moving fee can only increase.
Storage
17. Insurance Does Not Cover Damage/ Loss in the event of an air accident, public enemy invasion, insurrection, strike or other regional dispute, civil disturbance or war in storage.
18. Please keep the original copy of the Bank Slip for record as you may be requested to present the slip, if necessary, for our processing.
19. Overdue payment for more than two months, the company will have the ownership of all storage items can sell off the goods for cover the payment
20. The maximum insurance fee for each loss parcel is 300 HKD.
21. The company do not allow to keep any contraband goods.

b. 傢俬電器損毀不能正常運作。每件 $300元
