屋易搬屋公司

1. 搬運清單以外之物品於搬運當天如需搬運,客戶可告知本司員工索取報價,並可自行決定當天是否需要搬運。    2. 搬運費不包括一切停車場費、隧道費及過路費, 產生之費用向客戶實報實銷收取費用。 3. 本公司不會對任何搬運上的延誤而導致的任何損失或損害承擔責任。                                                                                                                  
4. 顧客在貨物到達新址前, 本司有權要求客戶預先繳清所有運費,包括一切停車場、隧道及道路費用                                                                      
5. 客人應自行包裝處理雜物入箱。若於搬運當天需本公司代為處理,本公司將有權另加包裝費用。                                                 
6. 本公司不提供任何水、電、煤氣及冷氣的安裝工程/拆除工程服務。                                                           
7. 搬運當天如遇到以下在報價單外的情況需另加收費,收費詳情如下:由停車地點到搬運地點推平路每50米(每個地址頭50米贈送)/運費15% ; 額外步行樓梯每層(4-25梯級)/運費15% ; 額外需要轉平台每個/運費15% ; 額外推斜路(斜度15度以上)每50米/ 現場報價。
8. 本公司嚴禁職員向顧客索取小費。    9. 本公司將按照正常搬運所需的標準時間,提供搬運服務;但這些標準不屬於承諾,亦不構成協議部份。    10. 搬運服務前後,客戶需自行點算搬運物品的數量。如有任何疑問應即時提出,員工離開後,客戶再提出之疑問,本公司將不會受理。    11. 傢俬裝拆服務均需本司員工作出風險評估後,決定能否進行裝拆動作。如不能繼續進行,本公司定當扣除已收取之該件傢俬裝拆及其運輸費用(其扣除之運輸費用只適用於未曾進行搬運的物件), 除此以外不作任何額外賠償。  12. 如客戶取消預約或更改搬運日期需要提前三個工作日通知本公司, 否則本公司將收取運費的30%手續費及已經使用的包裝物料、 紙箱等等之費用, 並會自動在訂金中扣除,如訂金扣除後仍然不足以支付手續費,本公司將會另行追討費用。 如未使用的包裝物料,客戶需自行送回本公司,否則當己經使用計算。 13. 雜物(不論紙箱,膠箱,紅白藍袋,行李箱)以25KG以內為標準。若該件雜物超出25KG.本司員工有權視乎搬運情況決定搬運與否。若員工最後決定繼續提供搬運服務, 則該件超重雜物的搬運費用將以每件25KG.分開計算 (例如35KG=2件雜物) 。 14. 所有家具若須吊運或鑽牆固定,必須事先通知本公司並由本司員工在報價單上列明服務詳情及收費, 顧客同意方可提供相關額外服務。本公司會按客戶要求於指定位置鑽孔,但鑽孔後衍生之任何情況均由客戶自行承擔風險及責任。
15. 本司會於搬運前1-3天聯絡客戶2次, 搬運當天聯絡客戶2次。若該3次電話致電均無法成功聯絡客戶. 本司職員有權順延客人之預約或重新安排另日服務, 對於貴客之損失本司無須負上任何法律責任及作出任何賠償。 16. 所有修改請於搬運前最少一個工作天通知本司,因本公司會根據搬運費用而安排所需人手及成本。若無法提前通知本司,搬運當天無論搬運物件減少與否,搬運費用只加不減。 17. 所有已完成的搬運服務之費用,不設退款。                                                                                                                         
18. 所有已收取的訂金,不設退款。(除特殊情況外,本公司擁有最終決定權)
                                                                                                                                                                   
19.存倉之貨物如遭天災或人為不可控制因素(如火災、風災、水災、地震、戰爭等)破壞,本公司恕不負責。 20.存倉費用如客戶選擇存入本公司的銀行帳戶,必須提供銀行入數證明供本公司進行處理。 21.如貴客選擇自行安排運輸到本公司提取貨物,而非由本公司負責出倉運輸服務,貴客將失去首十五天免費存倉的優惠。 22.請貴客務必填妥可聯絡的電話及書信通訊地址,否則如導致本公司未能成功聯絡貴客,因此所造成的一切責任和後果貴客需自行承擔,本公司恕不負責。 23.本公司可提前兩個月作出書面通知貴客終止租賃。如貴客於租約期滿後仍未能成功安排出倉運輸服務,則視為貴客放棄所存倉之全部貨物的所有權, 對於貴客之損失本司無須負上任何法律責任。 24.逾期繳租兩個月以上,本公司即可獲得貴客所存倉之全部貨物的所有權, 對於貴客之損失本公司無須負上任何法律責任。 25.如出現任何欠租情況,本公司可循法律途徑 (例如: 小額錢債審裁處) 向貴客追討由欠租日起計的所有倉租欠款。 26.遺失貨物每件計最高賠償500港元,每單搬運/存倉總賠償的上限為5000港元。 27.本公司不接受存放任何觸犯本港法例之貨物。                                                                                                                                              
28.如客戶出倉必須提前至少七個工作天以上進行預約。( 如有特別需求可以聯絡本公司申請)
29.入倉日及出倉日均會計算為一整天的存倉日。    

1.If items not included in the moving list need to be moved on the day of moving, the customer can inform our staff to request a quotation, and can decide by themselves whether they need to be moved on that day. 2. Exclusive of any tunnels, road and parking fee.   3. The company do not take any legal liability or loss that due to the delay of our moving service. 4.  Before the customer arrives at the new address, the company has the right to require the customer to pay all freight in advance, including all parking lot, tunnel and road fees. 5.  Additional fee will be charged of any package service. 6. The company does not provide any installation engineering/demolition engineering services for water, electricity, gas and air conditioning. 7.If you encounter the following situations that are not included in the quotation on the day of moving, additional charges will apply. The charge details are as follows: bulldozing the road from the parking location to the moving location for every 50 meters (the first 50 meters for each address will be free)/15% of the freight; additional walking stairs Each floor (4-25 steps)/freight is 15%; additional platforms need to be transferred/freight is 15%; additional ramps (slope more than 15 degrees) are quoted on site for every 50 meters. 8. The company forbid any tips charging from our employees. 9. The arrival time on this quotation only for reference use that cannot meet to the part of the negotiation. The company do not take any legal liability. 10. During or after our moving service, customers have responsibility in counting the items by themselves. If got any queries please ask immediately. The company do not accept any query after our employees left. 11. After the risk assessment of all furniture assemble service. Any item that we decided not to assemble, the company will refund the moving and assemble fee to customers (moving fee refund only for non-move items). However, the company do not accept any futher compensation. 12. If the customer cancels the appointment or changes the moving date, he or she needs to notify the company three working days in advance. Otherwise, the company will charge a handling fee of 30% of the freight and the cost of used packaging materials, cartons, etc., which will be automatically deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is still insufficient to cover the handling fee, the company will recover the fee separately. If the unused packaging materials are not used, the customer must return them to the company by themselves, otherwise they will be considered as used. 13. The maximum weight of each sundry in form of box, bag or trunk would be 25KG. Overweight sundry would be consider not to move or count to 2 sundries fee (e.g. 35KG = 2 sundries). 14. Any lifting or drill wall service must inform us in advance. The price of above service will be noted in the quotation, and after customer confirm, we process the moving service. 15. Our company will contact the customer twice 1-3 days before the move and twice on the day of the move. If the customer cannot be successfully contacted after these 3 phone calls, our staff has the right to postpone the customer's appointment or reschedule the service for another day. The company does not bear any legal responsibility or make any compensation for the customer's loss. 16. Please inform our company of all modifications at least one working day before moving, as our company will arrange the required manpower and costs based on the moving costs. If we are unable to notify our company in advance, regardless of whether there are fewer items to be moved or not on the day of moving, the moving fee will only be increased and not reduced.
17. There are NO refund for all completed moving service fees.
18. There sre NO refund for all deposits collected .(Except for special circumstances ,the company has the final decision right)
19. The Company do not cover any Damage/ Loss in the event of an air accident, public enemy invasion, insurrection, strike or other regional dispute, civil disturbance or war in storage. 20.Bank slip must be provided once the storage fees deposit to our company bank. 21.) 15days Free storage services will not be provided If customer didn’t use our company’s transportation for warehousing and out of warehouse or both. 22. Customer’s contact number, mailing address must be contactable, The Company will not take any responsibility and consequence if we failed to drive any messages or contacts to customer. 23.The Company could give written notice  for 2months in advance by rights for the termination .If customers could not arrange the operations for out of warehouse, will consider abandon storages by rights ,Company will not bear any legal responsibility and above. 24.Overdue payment for more than two months The Company can sell off the goods for cover the payment and will not bear any legal responsibility and above. 25.Any overdue payment cases, The Company can follow the law(For example: SCT) to track all the lateness payment (from the start date until the due date) . 26.The maximum compensation for lost goods is HKD 500 per piece, and the total compensation for each moving/storage order is capped at HKD 5,000.
27.The Company not allow to keep any contraban.                                                                                                                                                      
28.If customers want to leave the warehouse, they must make an appointment at least seven working days in advance. (If you have special needs, please contact our company to apply)
29. Both the entry day and exit day will be counted as a full day of storage.


受保障損壞情況賠償準則
Compensation Standard
a. 傢俬電器撞凹或刮花每件賠償 $500港元,每單搬運總賠償的上限為5000港元     b. 傢俬電器撞凹或刮花並且不能正常運作每件賠償 $1000港元,每單搬運總賠償的上限為5000港元     c. 因本公司的責任導致地板/裝修/牆身損毀 最高賠償本單運費的30%,每單搬運總賠償的上限為5000港元 d. 如使用/購買本公司重點保護包裝服務,在搬運途中傢俬表面損毀,本公司立即賠償每件1000元,每單搬運總賠償的上限為10000港元。

(a). Compensation for each piece of furniture and electrical appliances that is dented or scratched is HK$500, the total compensation limit for each moving order is HKD 5,000 (b). Furniture and electrical appliances that are dented or scratched and cannot function properly will be compensated at HK$1,000 per piece, the total compensation limit for each moving order is HKD 5,000 (c).If the floor/decoration/wall is damaged due to the company's responsibility, the maximum compensation is 30% of the freight of this order. The total compensation limit for each moving order is HKD 5,000. (d). Furniture or appliance surface damage $1000 each if those gooods have using our extra protacting services, the total compensation limit for each moving order is HKD 10,000.
